This policy is designed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) as given further effect in Ireland by the Data Protection Act 2018, and other applicable data protection laws.

02 The Data We Collect About You

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

Identity Data
includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth, and gender.
Contact Data
includes billing address, delivery address, email address, and telephone numbers.
Financial Data
includes bank account and payment details collected in connection with a service engagement or contractual agreement. We do not collect financial data through this Website.

12 Children’s Data

Our Website is not intended for children. Under the Data Protection Act 2018, the digital age of consent in Ireland is 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as reasonably practicable.
